The goods are delivered by Lietuvos paštas / Lithuanian Post (https://www.post.lt), we will send them by registered mail to the address of residence or workplace indicated. The shipment will be delivered for signature, you will receive information (SMS if you provide a phone number or a paper leaflet) about the incoming shipment and you will pick it up at the nearest post office.

You will receive the goods within 5-8 working days from payment in Lithuania. You will receive it to the countries of the European Union within 7-14 working days, to others - within 14-24 working days. Delivery conditions for postal services may vary from country to country.

We only deliver complete orders to the customer.

The buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of goods.

The online bookstore is released from liability for non-delivery of goods if the Buyer has provided incorrect delivery data or has not picked up the goods within the specified time.

When accepting the order, check the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment. If you have any observations or remarks about the packaging or quantity of the goods, please inform the postal representative at the time of delivery. If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered consignment is damaged (wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must mark it in the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment. If signed without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered intact.
